15-day returns
You can request a return within 15 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags intact. Start a return from My Account → Orders → View order, or contact us.
How it works
We arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable. Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund to the original payment method (for COD orders, to your bank/UPI). Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 working days of approval.
What can’t be returned
For hygiene and safety, certain items can’t be returned once used — e.g. inner gloves, mouthguards, swimwear and grips — unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery (a photo helps) and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including any return shipping.
